Around the corner from CBS Studios, this mixed-use community needed to be as cool and savvy as it’s neighborhood. Featuring several art glass installations, warm wood tones, and modern furniture, the interiors reflect an urban, yet warm environ for residents.
Beverly Grove
DESCRIPTION
Beverly Grove Homes is a collection of newly-constructed single-family homes in the trendy, mid-city neighborhood adjacent to the Grove and Los Angeles Farmer’s Market. Each of the contemporary, four-story homes feature open kitchen and living plans with maple wood floors, glass front kitchen cabinets and custom hand-chiseled limestone fireplaces. In addition to designing the interiors, Guny Design Group was an integral to designing the homes’ striking exterior finishes and architectural details.

The second floor outdoor level includes pool, fire pits, cabana lounges, and open-air theatre; a prime example of a successful collaboration between interior designer and landscape architect.

Our design blended metallic floors, natural wood pieces, modern textures, and bold patterns in a one-of-a-kind clubhouse that includes a sales center, lounge, screening room, business center, conference room, and two-story gym.

Updating the lobby of this 314-unit loft complex listed on the National Register of Historic Places was no easy task. Using a dramatic color palette to contrast with the lobby’s 100 year-old marble floor and modern furniture within the building’s historically protected architecture, the former ticketing area of Pacific Electric Railway Station was reinvented for a revitalized downtown LA.

This 15,000sf fitness complex was reimagined to be the ultimate marketing tool by turning two rarely used racquet ball courts into a 32-seat theatre and rock climbing room. Alongside a yoga studio, spinning cycles, and state-of-the-art fitness machines, 3400 AOTA’s fitness complex is a testament to what a close partnership between designers and a client’s marketing team can achieve.
